Everything but taxes. I prepare the books, help you manage them day to day, and liaison with your tax accountant

It’s so important to know the financial status of your business. Also accounting can be stressful and handing it off to a qualified accountant can take the pressure off a business owner

Seeing businesses grow. I’ve worked with so many start ups and I love seeing peoples dreams come true

I saw a need for qualified bookkeepers and accountants for tasks other than taxes and wanted to help

I work 100% remotely! We work with cloud based accounting services
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We only work remotely. Pre-Covid we did have an office but moved to 100% remote during the pandemic

Basic data entry, reconciliations and P&L/Balance Sheet creation.
Controller Services
Full book reconciliations, Prepaids and Accruals, Dashboard Creation, KPI Managing, etc.
Accounts Receivable Management
Create and send invoices. Assist with payment collections and applications.
Accounts Payable Management
Add bills to accounting services, submit for approval using approval matrix, pay bills using online bill pay.
Payroll Management
Confirm payroll accurate with management, payroll inputting through payroll software (Gusto, ADP, etc), reconciliation and entry into accounting software.
Bookkeeping Cleanup
Cleanup prior months bookkeeping with data entry and reconciliations
