The best! Richard will give you the tools needed to make changes within. Like all therapy it's a " what you put in it you get out of it". Well after just 3 months i learned quite a bit about myself! Lol, it's was a hard, fun, sad, then a healing event. Im now aware of my weaknesses, and know to make better decistions in relationships. I learned my value was much higher than i was treated, and i really did deserve better treatment. My outlook has changed and i'm already meeting new people! Wow!! Lol....... I have been seeing Counselor Valadez for a couple of months. I am seeing the light on so many issues he is helping me with I came in trying to tackle that were making me sick.
