We had our company Christmas party there and we chose to stay the night. The rooms were a little out dated, but my husband was very happy that there was a large bath tub that he could soak in.

They are so nice! Its clean. Its pretty. The bed was comfy! No complaints! I came for my birthday and they gave me a few free cocktails and made me feel special. The bar was fun! They even has pool tables and foosball! But best of all....I love the outdoor heated pool and hot tub! We will definitely be back again!! More...

The Omni isn't a low cost or value kind of hotel, but is a great place to stay if it fits your budget. The rooms are very comfortable. The food is good, and there are good facilities on-site for dining, refreshments, pool, spa, etc. I highly recommend the Omni. More...

I attended the Omni Interlocken Hotel in early to mid November for a business conference and had an amazing stay! The room was spacious and well kept. Housekeeping kept up with our room at very convenient times, servicing our room while we were not in the room. The staff was also very accommodating and nice. I never saw an employee without a smile and a pleasant greeting. They were able to help us get transportation to local venues and with any other requests we had. More...

We recently spent three nights at this hotel. We were so comfortable there. We had a fantastic view of the mountains! The staff was excellent (especially Nicole at the front desk). They had a very nice restaurant and bar area. They also have an enticing coffee bar serving Peet's Coffee, which was a great way to start the day. We could not have been more pleased. This is a real gem right on the beach! Small, top quality resort with great friendly service. Gorgeous view at morning breakfast. Lovely pools, shaded chairs at the beach. Perfect for young children - waves are tiny. No sargassum / seaweed problems here. Wonderful snorkeling out where the waves break to the north end of the bay. Lovely property with nice views on both sides of the hotel. There's a very nice lounge/fireplace area near the lobby for relaxing outside of your hotel room. The rooms are plush and fairly large, but did not have a table suitable for dining. There was a desk though. More...

Omni is always a great choice! And if you have the option, include breakfast. Its delicious (and expensive if purchased separately). Great bed in the King Size but cannot believe they let dogs stay so there was a dog nextdoor to our room. Did not sleep much. There WAS hot water for the shower... Just took a LONG time... Nice view from the third floor...great food and customer service... More...

You know hotels I’ve done a really good job providing some and most basic yet comfortable services around they all seem to look pretty familiar but what stands out here is has to be the food service I’ve never met such a friendly and efficient and reasonably place to eat and stay. Linsay and Megan had to put up with a lot of questions but honestly they’re warm demeanor and they’re down to earth honesty made them feel like sisters to me they helped me get chargers for my p Victor made by Steve very pleasant they put up with all of my talking and I never had to ask for a refill on my drink… Does that mean they want me to leave? I don’t think so they just got more friendly as the night went on come say hi to both of them tell him I sent you they’re great! Make sure to joke around with Michael and Andy, those two will make any hour seem like happy hour!Melisa and Mitch made my early morning visit super pleasant with free coffee and a brief tour of the facilities and the events to come in the seasonal change.In closing: Whether it was the hilarious front desk duo of Linsay (who spells her name weird LOL) and Megan, it was it super fun and cool Jordan who had to teach me how to find a room service menu, Sage, Victor, Andy, and Michael pounding out laughs and pints in the Tap Room, midnight Mellisa who is so nice!! Tim who I wish I could chat with more on the front floor, Karen who opens up morsels with the best cookies, super cool Kaitlin who works it at night, Vicky who will give you a breakfast at Meritage with the best coffee, or Tina who could make my scampi dinner possible with a sub chicken, add front desk Dana, Jake, Nicole, and manager Mitch and you got this really family likeAtmosphere.... need a spa? Go say hi to Haylie downstairs and she’ll take care of you!! I guess the next step for me is to start making better movies so I have an excuse to stay here all the time and be the most famous guest ever brag about the funnest and friendliest people I’ve ever met.I got my wish!!! I had a buffet breakfast today where Vicki, Marco, and Carlos at the omelette bar made it a true party the cheese bar has to be the most amazing thing that I’ve seen, but don’t forget that early can you get butter, but goat butter LOL!!The very friendly hostess was wonderful....I forgot to get her name....sorry lol but great job!!James (who’s last name is Hotel perfect lol) Simply knew how to keep it professional. Then Anna who had to work at events during a very busy time kept it funny. Bailey had to endure numerous phone calls for me because for some reason I kept locking myself out which resulted in her bringing me a Diet Coke, and sending Justin one of the friendliest hotel techs to help me out and unlock my door… Thank you again for putting up with my behavior.And no matter what the last person I got the pleasure to meet tonight was Tyler at the front desk working with Nicole who kept such an even keel he made me feel a lot better about forgetting my key and eating a Diet Coke… Tyler you complete one of the greatest hotel steps I’ve ever had the pleasure of knowing. I had a buffet breakfast today where Vicki, Marco, and Carlos at the omelette bar made it a true party the cheese bar has to be the most amazing thing that I've seen, but don't forget that early can you get butter, but goat butter LOL! !The very friendly hostess was wonderful.....I forgot to get her name....sorry lol but great job!!James (who's last name is Hotel perfect lol) Simply knew how to keep it professional. While I "had" to stay at the Omni for a conference, I loved the experience at the Omni Interloken. Beautiful hotel and great staff.
