Delicious. Would be a five for the food, but 1/2 the time for pickup the food is wrong. I just have to remember to check before I get home. Still love them!

I don't live in Stamford and am unfamiliar with the eateries there but I ran across this restaurant while in town the other day and boy, am I glad I went in! I ordered the enchiladas suizas and it was so good! Pink beans and black beans, rice, tortillas and three chicken filled enchiladas with salsa verde and mole negro. Delicious! I ordered the ceviche and the ensalada nopales to go and had a second delicious meal later on that night. The ensalada nopales had grilled shrimp over marinated cactus(a first for me but so good!) tomato, red onion, lime and cilantro over mesclun greens. I have to be back in town in a few weeks and I will be back to Ole Mole to order again. They just got a liquor license as well and make a great Margarita! More...

Right off they gave us chips and salsa, which was great because we were starving. I ordered Chicken Tamales, which was fantastic. I generally don't find Chicken or no-meet Tamales (my favorite) in Mexican restaurants where I stay. So I was excited to find it here. The size of the Tamales is more like an appetizer rather than a full meal. I was fine with it as I was stealing fajitas from my wife's plate. Food was fantastic. Service is great. People are nice! 4 star only because there was a foul smell where we were initially seated (probably kitchen sink...no idea). We moved to the outdoor seating and that fixed the smell. More...

My husband and I ordered delivery at 7:58pm on a Friday. Since they close at 9pm, we figured it wouldn't be an issue because the delivery time was 20-30 min. After my husband received a text at 8:30pm that it was delivered (original delivery time was 8:45pm so we thought "great! It's early"), we realized our food was not outside our door, lobby or even building, but was never even delivered!This has happened twice now with this restaurant (first time the delivery driver actually called us to curse at us for canceling the order that we never received!).Needless to say we will not be eating food from this establishment again.
