What’s your signature dish?
Meatball Baked Ziti... Starts with ziti noodles and homemade Marinara sauce; topped with a Ricotta/ Mozarella blend, sliced and homemade meatballs, finished with Mozarella, Parmesan and Parsley.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
First we talk about he needs of the client... event type, number of people, time and place and of course, budget. After that, the rest of the conversation is narrowing down the menu options. The perfect menu is different for everyone but it is our job as the cater to help guide the cleint in the direction that results in delicious sucess for the client.
What do you love most about your job?
We love to ability to create a delicious meal that people will hopefully remember long after the event has ended. We enjoy showcasing our pride in our homemade products and hope that the care and time put into our menu obvious to the client and their guests.
What inspired you to start your own business?
People and the relationships were the most inspiring to starting our business. The connection food has is undeniable, and we cherish the ability to bring that to our clients.

We feel that with nearly 15 years of resturant and catering expierince Old Town Pizza Parlor has established itself as "your neighborhood pizza parlor" and who doesn't want to support their neighbor. Being a small, family owned and operationed establisment allows us to think out of the box and "go off script" to create and memorable meal and expierence for any event at any budget.
