10/10 recommend! I have gone to so many regular gyms over the years it was never able to stick to it. And then I heard about this all women's gym and I was a bit nervous because women can be catty. But I decided to check it out anyways. The vibe when you walk in is amazing! Everyone is so supportive of each other! Jen, the trainer is one in a million. Not only does she tailor your workouts specifically for your body and your body's needs she is so entertaining in personable through the whole process! This gym is so adorable! It feels safe as a woman who's delt with a lot of harassment in my life this gym feels very safe. Even if you haven't been harassed it's nice knowing you aren't being stared at and knowing everyone who goes there (if you do run into anyone most of the time your alone) is not judgmental. Jenn is amazing; she is so knowledgeable, motivating, biggest heart and beautiful person. Being new to the area, what Jenn has created, has allowed me to feel part of a community. The members are all different, kind women, working out in a safe/ supportive space. I have been going to this gym for over 2.5 years now and Jenn is just an amazing human-being and trainer. She has given women of ANY SIZE a positive environment surrounded by some of the most amazing females seeking the same accountability. I can't ever remember a time saying that about other gyms. Jenn truly gives you her all and SHE is WORTH EVERY PENNY. If you ever feel tired thinking you can't make it another 10 mins make friends with the Mascot Chihuahua named Marilyn (mare-mare) she will watch you to make sure you don't cheat. The first 3 months were great! not really much room - if more than 3 people in there you are running over each other a bit. The owner will certainly make you think you are special. Once you pay for a bunch of 30 minutes sessions in advance- you will find those are only 9- 10 minutes long. If you express that this is not what you had for the first 3 months or what you signed up for she will scream at you, cuss you, yell at you and tell you to go work out somewhere else! if you try to get back in the door, you will find you entry key fob no longer works. So- the money you paid for training sessions in advance is lost. no refunds. beware ladies. I can work out in any gym, I will not go back to this one, Very unprofessional and crude. More...
