Incredible food AND customer service!!! I made a large, customized order for a class at FSU. Not only did they nail the food (and it was DELICIOUS! ), but they were accommodating to our schedule and situation (had to be packaged in a way that students didn't eat while in the classroom). Napkins, paper bags ("to-go" bags), toppings in plastic containers, sauce packets (mayo, mustards), etc...were all provided. Delivery was punctual and kind, not leaving until they were sure that everything was taken care of. They definitely won me over as a customer, and I'm sure you'll see my colleagues again as well. These guys know what they're doing. Quality ingredients and everyone in the place is so nice and chill. These are proper subs, none of that Jimmy John bullshit. I had the roast-beef and turkey sandwich it was loaded but the flavour is not tasted in the sandwich as it supposed to be, especially for that price, I think more toppings should be introduced but over all I liked it and I will go back

It all started when I was on the hunt for the best sandwich in the world. Well here I am, leaving my review for the best sandwich that has ever hugged my tastebuds. Looking at this sandwich reminded me when I saw the Grand Canyon. Granted it wasn't the REAL Grand Canyon, but a picture of it. I thought there was no way that something so beautiful could possibly exist. The bread was both as majestic as a unicorn and tasted of edible wheaty gold. The meat was sliced by old, wise, and gentle, yet powerful monks. Vegetables? Hah! You don't know what a vegetable is until you get one of these sandwiches because the vegetables are hand picked from Zeus's garden by the incredibly strong but kind Hercules. Our office decided to give them a try as they had awesome reviews and delivery options. The food was very good and tasted fresh. The delivery took almost two hours though. One co-worker had to leave and go to a meeting off-site and didn't even get hers. They did call and were very apologetic. The food was tasty so we will try them again, probably in person. More...

My husband and I were out at Potbelly’s Friday night when we got hungry. Traffic was bad and we had to drive our group, so driving was out of the question. There wasn’t anything close by that wasn’t slammed or extremely pricey. We saw the OG Subs across the street and it wasn’t too busy and the prices were low so we checked it out. When we walked in we were greeted with such warmth and happiness. We were greeted by the owner, Markus, and the General Manager, Ariel. He asked us how we were and welcomed us to the store. When we went to order we were taken care of by Drew. Everyone in the store was so upbeat and they asked us what we liked and gave us suggestions based off of that and told us they would be more than happy to toast our sandwiches for us if we wanted it hot. We decided on the Italian sub, toasted with no veggies. Drew let the owner, Markus, know that we weren’t getting veggies. So Markus says to double our meat and cheese for free. The food was so great but also very low cost, especially compared to other fare near by. Not only that, but the service was some of the best we’ve ever had.
