We just moved to Las Vegas last year and needed to set up my home office with a nice office setup as I work from home. I called around to the different stores and felt that office furniture concepts had the most selection to chose from. My wife and I went down to the store on 4325 Tropicana ave and met with Rich the owner him and his staff were very knowlagble on thier office products and were able to come up with a beautiful home office that blended in with our home decor. I needed a new desk chair.   Being 76, bad back and legs and sitting at my computer 5 to 8 hours daily I needed a comfortable and durable chair.    I started my search trying to save a buck and visited Sam's Club, Costco, Office Depot, Wal-Mart and other similar stores but none fit my needs, nor my wife's designer eye.Having purchased whole suites of office furniture while in the military in DC area, and later all the furniture and equipment for a new police academy, I have a bit more knowledge about office furniture than many others.   I reviewed all the office furniture stores in Las Vegas and drew up a list to visit.   Many became very uninterested when they learned I only was interested in a single chair, others didn't have enough chairs for me to sit in and try out or met my wife's designer requirements.   Then we arrived at Office Furniture Concepts.   They are located on W. Tropicana Avenue just west of the Rail Road Underpass on the south side of the road before the Orleans Casino.We were greeted by Nikia Baker with a huge smile and whose enthusiasm never wained when we described we were only interested in a single chair and our desires for it.   She led us through their narrow front showroom back into a large open showroom jammed packed with chairs and desks.   Many my wife ruled out instantly, others I sat in and quickly ruled out.   We made the rounds of that room twice then began narrowing down our search between those chairs that made that first and second cut, all the while Nakia, still smiling and showing us the features of each chair I sat for longer periods in each chair.   At last,  we had our field narrowed to 3 chairs and ruled one of those out.   Then my wife the designer really dove into what finishes, materials and such that each chair could be ordered with and finally we selected a chair to custom order.A week later it arrived.   I tossed in a moving pad to protect the chair on the ride home and went to pick it up.   Unlike so many other stores who wanted to charge me a price to assemble the chair to my surprise it was fully assembled and wrapped in heavy bubble wrap and plastic who I could inspect it and it was protected for the ride home.   I didn't even need my heavy duty moving pad.It is a beautiful gray finish with shiny metal that is truly beautiful and I may even watch some TV in it as it is so comfortable.    The cost was not all that much more than what others were offering, but I know the durability is far higher in this professional level chair which will last my. lifetime needs.    The service, attitude, patience and charming personality of Nakia Baker made our search not only enjoyable but was highly informative in explaining the pro's and con's of each product from her extensive and obvious knowledge of her products but the amount of product available to see and sit in exceeded others we had visited.    If you need a good desk chair that will fit you and your needs then don't bother visiting elsewhere just go here and be served as if you are purchasing for an entire office! This is my second purchase, my first being a file cabinet which I absolutely loved. Thereafter I purchased my dream desk. My work experience has completely changed since purchasing it . Not only is it a beautiful piece of furniture, but it is sturdy and has plenty of room for all my files. The delivery was quick and professionally assembled ensuring that it was in the proper location of my choice. After attempting to work with lower quality office chairs in my home office, I found that this resource was not far from our home. We stopped in at around 4:30 yesterday and right away saw some beautiful furniture, including a pretty great array of options for desk chairs. I was thrilled that our salesperson did not flinch when I asked for an ergonomic chair in a reasonable price range.Nakia showed me several very comfortable options. I sat in a number of chairs to assess back, height, and size comfort levels.Nakia has an eagle eye for checking that you have good back support and she never wavered in her quest to answer my questions about adjustments.Some chairs have to be shipped, but I found a chair which was ready to go, and already my body was crying out "Thank you"!Today I am working at my desk in super comfort, and I even got the chair on sale.Some of the executive furniture was so beautiful I could see returning here for durable and attractive side chairs and sofas or shelf units- prices are not at all outrageous. I am a repeat customer of Office Furniture Concepts and frequently recommend them to friends and family. The owners are very nice and extremely knowledgeable. I recently bought cherry wood desk with a hutch & a tan leather high back office chair. They gave me a great deal and its the nicest home office setup I've owned to date. The previous desk I had was Ikea which was OK for the price but this has a more elegant/quality feel vs. modern/cheap. They will assemble/deliver for you also.
