Wouldn’t recommend anyone else to change your body & lifestyle! An excellent coach who is constantly looking out for you and his team. He’s flexible & adjusts everything according to you! I would never see another PT ever again, other than Jono. 10/10 for this man More...

Wow, Wow, Wow!!! I can't recommend a better trainer. I started my 8 week challenge with Montana after seeing her launch herself as a new trainer with Off Tap Fitness. I was someone who wanted quick results but didn't want to put in the hard work to achieve them. But Mon helped me change my ways and brought me back to reality where you only get as good as you give. So why is her "Train Like Me" program better then others? Like other programs, Mon's was different because: - She is available 24/7 to answer ALL my random questions and provide great advice when I needed it. - She made my workout plans flexible to the current situation. Due to COVID-19 restrictions I had to do what I could with what was at home. - She regularly did check-in's on my progress and on my mental and wellbeing each week. - She was flexible when it came to mixing it up with my meal prep plans. I am a very picky eater and Mon made it super easy for me to enjoy the same meals over and over again for 2-3 weeks at a time. - She provided so much support and motivation at all stages of my challenge, and she really helped me learn to love and enjoy exercise. But more importantly she helped me accept myself and feel at peace with my body image. I have more confidence now then I did 8 weeks ago. Mon was and is the perfect fit trainer and my results show it. I would 100% refer and recommend Mon to other prospected clients (already have actually) who want to make a change. After completing the 6week challenge with Coach Mon I have never felt better about myself!! Although numbers haven’t yet moved on the scale, I’ve changed my habits, my motivation is at a high and I’ve gained so much happiness! ! I just completed a 6 week challenge with coach Montana and 100% recommend, she was so helpful, altering meal plans and exercises for me whenever I was struggling. No questions were left unanswered (even the silly ones) I feel stronger, my asthma has improved ridiculous amounts just by implementing a meal plan and some weights to my training schedule. TY Coach Mon and Off Tap Fitness!!!! I was reluctant to join the 6 wk program more so because I knew I had to be accountable to someone other than myself. Initially I stuck to the the program because I was hopeful to lose some weight but more so because I didn’t want to let Coach Mon down for giving me this opportunity to better myself. Within the first week, although it was extremely tough and extremely hard to get into the swing of things I noticed slight shifts in my attitude towards my new regime with each PB ...I started challenging all the false stories I’d made up in my head: too weak, too fat, too hard, too flabby,too many mirrors, too many crop top girls and jersey shore dudes and “why does everyone at this gym look like they came from a fitness health magazine shoot?!”, bla bla bla but most of all I friggin HATE the gym coz I’m no good at it !!! But... here I am 6 weeks on, feeling proud of myself and grateful to Off Tap Fitness because I’ve built a stronger foundation to move into a healthier lifestyle and becoming a fitter,healthier strong mum and woman Coach Mon has a unique style that has kept me accountable.She’s an incredibly fun trainer,and it’s evident that she ‘walks the talk’ a mean have you seen her?! She’s a machine and wait until she’s get you in the gym, that’s nek level business & that’s where you get to see more magic happen and how to fast track your progress. I went from pressing just the plate(53kg) on the 45 leg press up to 123kg in that time, from 29kg to 79kg in the smith hip thrusts. They were massive accomplishments for me and if it wasn’t for the program, guidance and support I never would’ve discovered how much stronger I could become. From day 1 she assured me that she would convert me from hating to gym and I was defs not convinced she could even come close to it but... Coach Mon got me good ✅ ✅ I no longer hate the gym and won’t be canceling my membership as I had planned 6 weeks ago My fitness level has hugely increased to match my competitive spirit and my inner She Hulk has been put back into her place... well most days... its a working progress lol It’s been an awesome journey from in the gym to connecting via the Off Tap Fitness app. The group discussions and easy access to your meal plan has all made it a seamless kick start to a healthier lifestyle and achieving your goals whatever they may be. Can’t thank you enough for giving me a new start at leading a stronger fitter healthier life, physically and especially mentally. Montana was very thorough and supportive throughout the course of my 6 week challenge with her. She would do regular check ins and change things to help me stay on track! With not having much experience with personal trainers, if I wasn’t sure how to do an exercise properly she would send me numerous videos and send feedback from my own video helping me get my technique right. I would 100% recommend Mon and can’t wait to train with her again More...

Jono is a trainer like no other. I came to Off Tap with little to no knowledge and a lack of confidence in the gym. Jono took me under his wing, made me confident in my abilities and brought smiles and laughs to every session. We had regular check-ins to ensure I was on track, he created delicious and easy meal plans and fun and easy to follow workout plans.
