We hired O'Dell Design Co to work with us at HOVER while we were undergoing a brand refresh. A prior agency had done some work but it was not up to snuff, and we needed the help of somebody who could work quickly but, more importantly, collaborate effectively. I immediately thought of Bart and we were able to quickly onboard him into our project. Bart was inclusive in the design process, was humble and approachable all throughout, and kept our larger needs in mind. When we disagreed on approach, we talked about our thoughts and agreed on paths forward together.
