Great service. Beautiful bouquet. One rose arrive broken.Because I ordered from Chicago and the payment goes to a company outside of the U. S., two of my debit/credit cards blocked payments as potential fraud. When I called customer service, the employee was VERY NICE and informative. She suggested I call my bank and credit card company so one of the could push through the payment, then clicking "back" on my browser (assuming the window/tab was still open) and re-ordering. Instead of going through all that, I just changed my payment method to PayPal. Afterwards I got some calls from my bank accounts questioning the activity, needing me to verify my purchases. That was all kind of a hassle. So if I order again, I will just use PayPal. I'm guessing stuff like this probably happens to customers often. Customer Service provided me information in a cheerful way, but not exactly the most convenient solution to making an online payment to submit the order.But, as I said, the bouquet was pretty and pleasing. So I was looking online trying to find a reliable flower service in the city. I contemplated 1800 flowers but it didn't seem as personal. Googled local shops that deliver to midtown and found this location. I placed my order a day before the designated delivery date and everything went smoothly. I actually chose the wrong delivery time, messaged customer service and had a speedy reply where they were able to fix my mistake.
