OC Limo Service

It has been a while since I had to rent a limo, but I have to say OC Limo Service is the way to go. From start to finish, communicating with Evelyn setting up everything for my daughter's prom with her friends was so easy. Evelyn was on top of it from start to finish with every detail. As someone who works in community relations, I appreciated the constant communication to make sure everything would go smooth.

To add to this review, I would be remised if I did not mention Gilbert our driver. Gilbert was also amazing and very professional. He kept me updated in real time throughout the night, which gave me a sense of calming.

In the end, I highly recommend OC Limo Service and will use them again in the future! More...

I'm torn about leaving this review. We rented a 20 person limo. On one hand Evelyn was an absolute gem to work with. She was quick on sending me quotes and pricing info and even vehicle selection videos which was amazing. However the driver was not as impressive. In fact one of the kids was injured on the way back from prom when the door was shut and hit his ankle. His mom ended up having to take him in to get it checked out as his ankle swelled up pretty bad, thank goodness nothing was broken. I did notify the office the next day but the only thing I got back was a texted asking if the kid was okay. No text about speaking to the driver or any investigation as to what happened. More...

Great limo service. Evelyn was very helpful and friendly. Rented the SUV limo for my son's senior prom and the kids loved it. Jose was our driver very friendly and helpful. He even gave us a call when he was leaving and advised us we would go over our time if he stop for food like we had plan. So thankful he did, gave us the option to pay for the over time or just bring the kids back . Would definitely recommend them and use them again. More...
