3 years of working with Jen. Our sessions are the highlight of my week. She has helped me through 2 separate injuries, and has made working out fun.
Thank you,
John.

I cannot express my gratitude for Jenny enough. She has completely revolutionized my fitness journey. From the very beginning, she went above and beyond to not only help me achieve my physical goals but also instill a newfound confidence in myself.
One of the things that stands out most about her is her ability to create a comfortable and supportive atmosphere. I used to feel so intimidated working out, but since I've been with her, I no longer get gym anxiety.
Her listening skills, and memory truly set her apart. She is so attentive and remembers everything, which has shown me she really cares about me. She has been great at pushing me just enough without ever making me feel overwhelmed.
Her guidance has extended beyond the gym- she has provided advice on nutrition, lifestyle changes, and also helped me get closer in my relation ship with God.
She has been such a light in my life.
I wholeheartedly recommend Jenny.
If you're searching for a personal trainer who goes above and beyond, and genuinely cares- look no further.

Receive an individualized training program tailored your specific goals, fitness level, and schedule. With this you will get a weekly scheduled check in to monitor progress, provide feedback and support, and make adjustments to your program as needed.

Both macro counting and meal planning are effective tools for achieving your fitness and nutrition goals. They are tailored to your specific needs and preferences.

Macro counting involves tracking the number of macronutrients - protein, carbohydrates, and fat - that you consume each day, typically using a food tracking app or spreadsheet. By setting specific targets for each macronutrient, based on your goals and activity level, you can ensure that you are getting the right balance of nutrients to support your goals.

Meal planning involves pre-planning your meals for the week based on your macro targets and food preferences. By creating a menu of healthy, balanced meals and snacks, you can ensure that you have the right foods on hand to support your nutrition goals, and avoid the temptation to make unhealthy food choices.

Here you can book a FaceTime, zoom, or a phone call with me, and go over any questions you have regarding health and fitness.

Good if you need: guidance, accountability, clarification, feedback, or general questions before investing in training or programming & meal planning.
