Q&As

The most amazing part of what I do is when a woman starts to truly breakthrough the barriers that have been holding her back for so long. I love it when my clients are finally able to live happily, trust herself, set boundaries and live the kickass life she was always meant to live.

Realizing that by sharing what I went through and how I healed myself that it could greatly help others to do the same.

Bliss Coaching is different in the sense of the combined training Kirsten has learned. She's certified in trauma-informed healing and EFT (emotional freedom technique), as well as trained in hypnotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and energy healing. Unlike traditional therapy, Kirsten uses a mix of modalities based on each individuals specific needs. Tapping into the root causes of issues and using easy actionable steps that are not overwhelming.

Yes, Obtaining Bliss services are exclusively online. Along with 1-on-1 coaching, we have several courses that are available.
