What’s your signature dish?
Grazing tables - It's a new way of catering that everyone loves. All grazing tables contain an abundance of cheeses, fruits (fresh & dried), meats & breads as well as crackers, vegetables, antipasti, dips, nuts & sweet treats. Each table is unique, as we source seasonal, quality produce. This kind of eating is healthy and delicious, and truly includes something for everyone!
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I listen to the client's wishes & dietary considerations, then I source the best possible quality produce to fill each table with unique designs & delicious flavors.
What do you love most about your job?
Seeing & hearing the joyful reactions to the tables by the client & their guests!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I had this idea for about 6 months, before acting on it. You could definitely say I felt called to do it!
