Patti did flowers for my wedding recently, and she did an INCREDIBLE job! Her arrangements were just gorgeous and romantic. I got chills when I saw them at the ceremony, and they really pop in all the photos :) I loved her arrangements because they look personal and romantic and lush, rather than ostentatious and manufactured. I no longer live in the area but I wanted to send flowers for my mom on her birthday. Her schedule is insane so I need a guarenteed small-window delivery. Not super complex requests but you never know. Oak Brook made the entire experience smooth and they really went the extra mile. Patti was super helpful and accommodating to all my needs. Not to mention, the arrangement was even better than the photo (my mom sent me a pic) -- and the photo was gorgeous. I helped my son order his prom date a wrist corsage.  They were so helpful!  His girlfriend is a teeny tiny person and they made sure her corsage was not only gorgeous but was the correct size for her small frame.  Pick up was a breeze and it was exactly what we'd talked about over the phone.  We'd wanted purple orchids and purple ribbon and asked for it to be more modern as his girlfriend isn't frilly or a babies breath kind of girl...it was absolutely perfect and she loved it!  Thanks! I am so impressed with my Valentines Day arrangement from Oakbrook Florist. #1 they are a family owned business. #2 they don't just design your arrangement from out of a floral book, they use actual artists to make each arrangement unique and spectacular. I got my wife a dozen red roses combined with pink Lilly's and I had them delivered on Wednesday to her work. Today is Saturday and the flowers still look picture perfect. I have changed the water out twice already to help keep them as fresh as possible. I have used other local florists before and have never been as dazzled as I am with this arrangement. I will only be going to this florist from now on. Thank you Oakbrook Florist, I never write yelp reviews but I had to give credit where credit is due. Also they are extremely reasonable in price for the arrangement and quality of flowers that you get. I urge you all to give them a try!!! More...

He loves me,He loves me notHe loves meHe loves me notI guess he loves meThis has been my family's go to flower place for years.  Ever since I was a young child my parents had always purchased flowers here for every special occasion from first communions to graduation day to my wedding day and every day in between. I have fond memories of my dad buying my mom flowers from here just because. A few years ago I decided to get married and I decided to do it in under 3 weeks. Crazy huh? At the very last minute Instead of going to DTLA to put together my bouquet myself, my mother insisted to have my bouquet made here. On very short notice, like about a weeks notice  Oakbrook Florist put together the most perfect bouquet I could ask for using white and light purple roses tied tightly with a white ribbon. It was not anything fancy. Just simple, fresh and classy. They were beautiful and I was very pleased. If I lived in the area still, this would be my go to florist shop no questions asked. The flowers dried out perfectly and have lasted over 5 years now.Located on Avenida De Los Arboles and Erbes Rd in the Vons Oakbrook Shopping plaza in a tiny shop with storefront parking sits one of the oldest florist shops in town. I have received flowers from this florist since we moved here and all 3 arrangements were gorgeous.  I came from the valley and wasn't sure I could get what I wanted I am very picky.  Well to my surprise the owner, Patti, gave me a high end arrangement that was as good as Mr. B's flowers or Mark's garden (when it was owned by the original owner). Oakbrook Florist in Thousand Oaks had the best website out of the 5 different websites that I looked at for my wedding flowers.  The website was easy and took me where I needed to go. I didn't need to download wedding gallery pictures. I saw everything with just a few clicks. I'm a single guy and I needed help picking out just the right thing for a special date.  When I saw the link in Yelp for the Best Roses in Town, I had to try them out.  It was 5pm on a Saturday, so I was concerned they would be closed, but when I called, they said they were open until 6pm. When I got to the shop, Patty, the owner, was so friendly and so helpful.  She really must love her work because she told me that she had been doing this for the last 28 years.  Anyway, she set me up with the perfect thing and my date loved it.   Thank you Patty, you are a sweetheart.  I will definitely be coming back for more.Although the Yelp listing says Best Roses In Town, the shop is actually called Oakbrook Florist and you can find it in the Von's mall off Avenida de los Arboles near Erbes Rd in Thousand Oaks.
