It seemed natural that I would gravitate towards this line of work. I have been the "go to" person for friends, classmates, and colleagues whenever they have challenges or have experienced life events that caused concern or self doubt for over 25 years. My "AHA" moment came when a co-worker who I had been helping prepare to launch her own business stopped us in mid conversation and said, "What is your hourly rate? You really should be doing this professionally. I have been your "client" for years." At first I laughed about it but then really starting thinking about what she said. I could turn this ability to help people into a business and then have the opportunity to help even more folks thrive in life and achieve their dreams. So, here I am!! What can I help you to achieve?

Partnering with me is a comfortable experience. Although I will challenge you and hold you accountable to put in the effort to get what you want, I will always motivate you, encourage you, expose you to new experiences and resources, and cheer for your success. I am not a parent or a boss so I won't treat you that way. I will match your desire to move forward and help you deep dive into your goals and guide you towards achieving them and beyond. I will channel my 28 years as a Human Resources Professional and Coach to provide you with insight on how to achieve your dreams.
