My Valentine's Day flowers came from here and the pictures don't do them justice!  The arrangement was beautiful, and they wire their roses, which you really do not see that much, I was very impressed!  They were picked up by my boyfriend and waiting for me, so I can't comment on a delivery experience! 8 days later all the orchids are open, but the roses are getting soft...I anticipate this will be a solid arrangement for about 10-11 days! I used this florist last year for my mother's birthday flowers and everything went perfect. So I decided to try them again this year, not only for my mother, but also send flowers to my sister. I want to definitely share my experience with Oak Hills Florist because it was by far the best. My sister's birthday was on April 1st and I wanted to make it special for her. Unfortunately, I live in Laredo and she lives in San Antonio. Well, I have a very busy schedule and I decided on that day to send her flowers. I called several places before calling Oak Hills and no one could help. I called at 11am and needed a beautiful bouquet delivered before 2pm to her work. Well, I'm extremely impressed with the customer service that they provided me. Not only did they deliver a very beautiful bouquet on time with last minute notice but the lady I spoke to even helped me save money on the delivery fee by advising me that if I ordered online it would be $0 delivery fee. Not to mention, that I put the wrong date on the online order and as soon as I call her back to let her know, she fixed it right away and sent an email confirming the date change just so that I would be sure it was done. With all that said, I want to thank everyone at Oak Hills Florist for being AWESOME and for helping me be a part of my sister's birthday even though I couldn't be there with her. My boyfriend bought me flowers every month from here for many years... now we have been together for almost 9 years and he's my husband! He still sends me flowers from Oak Hills! These guys were great! Got this beautiful arrangement as a surprise after my surgery. They called in advance to ensure I was home to receive the flowers and then called on their way over. Oak Hills Florist has always been there for me and my family. My husband orders from them at least once a month. The drivers is always nice, professional and I could not be more happy with them. The flowers are alway fresh, and look amazing. Pat and her daughter do the best to give us what we want and need. They dont make any promises that can not be filled which I like. Oh my goodness, the florist was amazing. I got so much more than I imagined. We came to Oak Hills with ideas, but nothing set in stone except my bridal bouquet. The reception hall was more than perfect, and they were able to keep our budget with the flowers. They worked with me in the design, and made a sample of everything.
