I highly recommend this company to come out and do work for you they treated me like family and made me at ease while handling my bed bug problem. Spoke to Bill on the phone for a houseplant pest infestation in my apartment and he straight up told me that they're not licensed to handle this specific situation. He then patiently gave me in depth advice on how to tackle the infestation with various tactics and strategies, without any fees or expecting anything in return. WOW!This speaks volumes of how incredible Bill and his family conducts business with so much integrity. I was connected to NYC Pest Control through a third party. I recently had a pet that had fleas and recently passed. I could not control the infestation on my own and life had become unbearable in my apartment In desperation I used an online service and I was connected to NYC Pest Control. I had an appointment in less than 3 days. The team arrived early. Always a plus in my books. They explained what was going to happen, what I needed to do afterwards, and then I was promptly booted out the apartment so they could get started. They were quick and efficient. The technicians that helped me were professional, smart, and kind. I could not have asked for a better team to provide my service. The next day I got a call about the balance of payment as I had prepaid I asked for time to resolve the issue. Ms. Swann worked with me to help get this resolved. Everyone was nothing but kind and understanding and willing to work with me to get the payment issue resolved. I would have not liked to pay twice for the service but I was not willing to let NYC Pest Control take the hit for this issue. I would have paid the bill twice if it had come down to that! I think that should say more than enough about the care and service I received. (Honestly, I wouldn't be happy about paying twice but I would have done it because its the right thing to do.
