What inspired you to start your own business?
I started NWI Tax Services because I saw the need to promote financial literacy and education. I want to provide the education and tools needed to empower people to build generational wealth that will better support their families and communities.

Online/remote services are available. Tax documents are uploaded via our secure tax client portal. Video conferencing via scheduled Zoom meetings.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We are virtual tax professionals with mostly all tax preparation done remotely. We do, however, offer concierge services with tax document pick up and drop off for clients who are local. All of this is done to reduce close contact exposure to keep clients safe from Covid-19.
