Knowledgeable trainer, busy and exclusive so make sure to book your time in advance. Ritz is caring, and listens and is attentive to individual needs (a characteristic lacking by many trainers. ) Professionally speaking he is someone who you want to have on your team. He’s encouraging and motivating, but he’s also realistic with goals, and with that said get ready to accomplish them because he WILL hold you accountable. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️ from this Local Guide! I trained with Nutri Fit for over a year and a half and we made great progress until health issues slowed me down considerably. I lost 85 pounds. It's been just over a year since starting my fitness work with Nutri-Fit. I initially signed up after injuring my back, realizing I needed to get serious about my overall health. Ritz has grounded me, in learning the basics (AKA, a foundation to grow from), and he created workouts and a nutrition plan that has made a huge impact in my everyday life. Ritz is an awesome coach! I had been looking for a workout that could keep me motivated and someone who could teach me how to reach my goals. This was exactly what I needed. Ritz holds me accountable for my workouts and even nutrition. I can ask him questions about workouts and my diet and he always has a thorough explanation of why we do everything and what I need. And as my goals change, he changes my plan too. He is accommodating, honest, and realistic. I have gone from just wanting to feel better during my day to day, to wanting to look AND feel better for the rest of my life. I've never felt more motivated in my life. Ritz is awesome! I trained with him doing sessions for about 6 months before deciding to train on my own, but with one of his programs. I love it; I like having the structure, because I need it and it keeps me organized when I know exactly what I'm doing when I work out. Plus the accountability aspect of checking in and sending everything to him is super helpful because I'm lazy . It's the perfect in between training in person and having a remote program.  I'm very happy with it!  Plus he's super knowledgeable and professional- listened to exactly what my goals were and tailored his in-person sessions and my program to those goals. He knows his stuff; would definitely refer him to anyone looking into working with a trainer at any level. More...

I've trained with Ritz for the past year and he's the best trainer I've ever had the pleasure of working with. I started training off and on at 17 so I train for motivation and accountability. At least I thought I did... I'm 32 now and no one has ever corrected my form until day one with Ritz. No more knee pain when I squat!! I'm stronger and more importantly, better equipped to have a productive and safe workout! Everyone already knows nutrition is a huge part of a healthy lifestyle and Ritz is super knowledgeable. I've been training with Ritz owner of Nutri-Fit for about 4 months now and it has been life changing for me. I have lost almost 15 pounds and added a good amount of muscle, crazy strength gains and many more positive changes plus a whole new level of confidence in myself and what I can achieve. Ritz is the first personal trainer I've worked with and before meeting him I didn't know what to expect and wasn't sure if it was the right move for me. Once I survived my first session (never been more sore in my life) with Ritz and meeting him I knew I made the right choice. His knowledge, professionalism and teaching capability is top-notch. Plus he is one of the most genuine, nice and respectful person that you will ever meet. He will push you and motivate you like no other, I think you would be really hard pressed to find a better trainer. He also offers nutritional consulting and meal prep service, which actually taste and looks really good unlike most other meal prep services. Ritz is the real deal and training with him is one of the best decisions I've made in my life. If there's one thing you should spend money on that's your Health and he's worth every penny. I can't explain how happy I am with the fast results I've received working with Ritz. I've tried other self-starter/self-motivating workout/dieting plans but would always give up after a couple of weeks. I was recommended by a friend. He gave me a customized meal plan to fit my needs and also a personal training regimen. I workout with him about once a week and just that alone keeps me going. He has a very positive energy and professional mannerism. I always feel really comfortable. He is challenging but knows your limits and will help you with your physical weaknesses as well as improving your physical strengths. I am new to the world of weight training and I am no young puppy. After consulting with Ritz he formulated a plan specific to my age, needs and physical capabilities. In 3 months I have seen results I could not have imagined. Ritz is reliable, conscientious and always of good spirit. What impressed me the most was his dedication to his clients their vision and in helping them achieve realistic goals. I love coming to Warehouse Fitness to work out with Ritz. He is so full of positive energy and encouragement, knowing when to have a good time and when to tell me to focus. Before Ritz I was going to the gym by myself, not really knowing what I needed to do in order to get into shape. I have only been coming here for 4 weeks and I can already see positive changes in my body. He is so knowledgeable about anatomy and structure, constantly making sure my form is correct to prevent injury and gain the maximum benefits from each exercise. His work outs vary each session and are indidualized based on each person's personal goals and body type.I would definately recommend Ritz to anyone! More...

Ritz is the best. I've been in and out of gym programs and been through the crossfit thing, but always ended up extremely frustrated and unmotivated. Ritz actually teaches you proper form before adding weight and works around your specific abilities, strengths and weaknesses. For the first time, I am able to get great upper body workouts despite my injured wrist. And there's no trendy gimmicky workouts. His workouts are solid and challenging and I have gained so much strength since I started training with him. My body shape is changing and I am very happy with my progress. I have been going to my trainer Ritz for 2 months now. Growing up I did Olympic style lifting and played softball for 14 years. After college I wanted to lift to tone and tighten up. I changed my working out regiment and got down to a lower weight but then plateaued to the point to where I  wasn't losing any more weight or seeing any results. Ritz is a trainer like no other. He is a true gem. After 2 weeks with Ritz I dropped 10 pounds. After 2 months I'm at 25 pounds I have lost total.  I thought I was athletic before but while I'm training with him I have been getting stronger every workout not just every week. He has an amazing personality that reflects in his training abilities. He constantly keeps me on my toes with new workouts and exercises. When I started with him, he made sure I had proper form since I have arthritis in my back and also lots of back issues. I have been wearing a back brace for 8 years and Ritz has done exercises to strengthen it to where I'm not wearing my brace at all anymore. He is seriously an amazing trainer to where he cares about his clients on a personal level and has this amazing energy about him. I recommend him to everyone at any level and he can help make healthy life changes to where you will see results in 2 weeks not 2 months+.  He is a dedicated trainer that will go out his way for his clients. Another plus is usually he is the only one there at the gym so you can out on any music you want to hear not the terrible 70 's music most gyms play. You would regret not going to train with Ritz. After competing at the collegiate level I thought I knew everything I needed to about fitness. I came to Ritz thinking I was in "good shape" but wanted to tone up a bit. He has completely transformed my body. Ritz has a prolific knowledge of physiology and customizes each session to your specific goals. He not only keeps track of your strength and progress, he also implements nutritional plans that fit your lifestyle and individual needs.
