Nuflour was a super good and adorable bakery! It being gluten free was a cherry on top. I had a cinnamon roll, it was a little dry, but it was very delicious!

Dedicated gluten-free and celiac safe. Delicious quiches! We tried several things and the bacon potato quiche was the clear winner. The savory items were all a little on the salty side. The vegan chocolate mini cake was rich and tasty. I found the zucchini cardamom muffins a little sweet and not spiced quite enough. The spinach pocket was okay, according to my husband, but mostly tasted of green onion. Staff was friendly and service was great. More...

Nuflours bakery was really tasty, I had a salted caramel brownie which was very rich. Side note: next time I would order a drink to go with it! But the place itself was very aesthetic and quiet. More...

Brought group of 10 for snacks. The solo front person was ready for us, friendly and the food great. Definitely stop here again

I expected more savory food here, not just pastries and warmed sandwiches. But there was something nice about the simple vibe here that made me feel like I was in a small town cafe from the 90's, but gluten free! The girl working the counter the morning I came in was really nice yet to the point and had a spunky and classic style that I adored. It felt comfortable here. A lot of times cafes, especially ones that boast their so-called "fad diet" options, are trying way too hard to make you feel impressed and this place was like a hidden gem. Delicious food without a glamorous front. I loved it! More...

Lightest, fluffiest tiramisu. Not too sweet and 100% satisfyingly scrumptious. Brownies are also off the hook. Too bad I know about this place. I'm about to get fat... Gluten free heaven. More...

Great tasting bread and pastries. In this place you can have a tasty toast with butter and jam and a good cup of coffee. They have a selection of 3 to 4 gluten free or vegan varieties of bread that they sell by the loaves.
The flax seed bread is very good. Bought some of this bread for home use which freezes and toast well. Yummy too with just butter!
Many other pastries, cookies, cakes gluten free , dairy free are available.
The service was great, attentive and friendly.
Local small bakery making baked goods from scratch. Support wholesome from scratch, labor intensive food!

ALL GLUTEN FREE! How great to find a place with gluten free options. My wife doesn't eat gluten so I came here to find her a birthday treat. A slice of the raspberry cheesecake ($6.50) was the perfect thing.

The cashier was so pleasant and polite. The woman ahead of me was ordering some cakes for her daughter's birthday and again the cashier was great and detailed getting everything right for the special order.

Only downside is the price ($53 for a medium cake) but I guess that's expected for a specialty bakery.

I was so excited when I walked in as everything is Gluten free. I have Celiac Disease and it’s hard to find anything that I can have especially when it comes to bakery style items. I was so happy to pick out a couple items as I live 3 hours away and was in town for a colonoscopy and endoscopy the next morning. Everything looked delicious and the presentation of the items was easy to look at and I liked that the tag in front of each item said what allergy type ingredient was in each item. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and patient. I got a piece of cake, a cinnamon roll, lemon bar, cookies, brownie, and an eclair. The cake was my favorite, super delicious. The lemon bar was good as well and tart. The cookies were also my favorite. More...

This bakery satisfies a GF-girl's sweet tooth or savory craving. They have vegan options, paleo options, take-away breads, and so much more. No grittiness, just honest, good treats.

Thank you, NuFlours!

The place is clean and the people are amazing! Oh, and the baked goods are out of this world!
Their prices are a bit high but all ingredients are local and it’s all GLUTEN FREE!

I love shops where everything is gluten-free so I don't have to sadly pass over all the things I wish I could eat. It's wonderful to go and look in the case at Nuflours and know that I can take it all home with me, though I shouldn't! I absolutely recommend their cinnamon rolls. They're really great when warmed up just a little bit. I don't think I'll ever find the gluten-free, doughy, squishy cinnamon roll of my dreams, but this is a great substitute and keeps me from wanting to "just have a bit of gluten"... and then regret it. I've gone back for the cinnamon rolls a few times whenever I'm craving something I really shouldn't eat. I had some of their cookies at Christmas and they were delicious too. They also have breads in addition to sweets, which I haven't gotten to try yet but I definitely plan to get back there soon! More...

This bakery is flat out fantastic! The staff are always cheerful, but not annoyingly so, consistently knowledgeable and helpful. The items from their bakery and superior. I have yet to try anything they bake that is not exceptional. Their chocolates taste of chocolate rather than only of sugar. Likewise the goods which contain fruit taste of the fruits they contain, rather than just being sweet. The breads are fantastic. I agree with an earlier reviewer, finally a gluten free bread which tastes like bread. It is this place, among the small treasures in this neighborhood that make me so grateful I love in this vibrant, socially engaged neighborhood. More...
