During the summer of 2017 I had water damage inside our guest bathroom from what appeared to be a failed toilet ring gasket. It damaged the drywall and the tile floors and from what it looked like was potential mold since this didn’t look a instant leak. But the damage it caused required cutting out the bathroom to fully inspect the damages. I called 3 other companies prior. No one answered, no call back. Contacted Nu-Gen and they came the very next day. On time and very professional. They gutted, cleaned and disenfected that whole room to rid of any mold and moisture. They even cleaned up and disposed of everything for us and the explained everything we needed to know to remodel that bathroom. Moises and his entire crew at Nu Gen were amazing ! it was right after the polar vortex and a pipe burst in my chicago home . within 48 hours they were there to begin cleaning and remediating the mess made by a flood on two floors . Moises came to the rescue in nc after hurricane Florance, I sustained alot of damage due to hurricane Florance. Half of my home had to be gutted do to water and mold , I called Servpro they came out very unprofessional did not do a good job checking moisture levels through out the house, gave an estimate on the back of a card . I was not impressed at all. Found Nu-Gen from a ****** search i called .Moises came right out checked every inch of our home was there for about 1.5 hrs, he came up with his estimate along with a print out / lay out of our home to give to insurance , although he was higher in price not by much, my wife and I hired Nu-Gen. nu Gen is the epitomy of professionalism and excellence. I called them right after servere flooding in Madison WI. They answered my call immediately on a Sunday. My family and I hired Nu-Gen after we got rid of our cat. They where really professional and knowledgeable, they explained exactly what the cleaning process was. Absolutely professional from start to finish! Moises took time to measure and record moisture levels in our house prior to giving us a detailed and specific estimate. Frank and Ariel we're prompt every day, taking pride in the quality of work they did.... from demo to final steam cleaning and disinfecting. Aaron and other members of the NuGen team set up enough fans and dehumidfiers to completely dry the house, using an auxiliary generator to supplement our compromised electrical circuits. Moises monitored humidity and moisture levels in the house daily. Nu-Gen sent a flyer to our business and I am glad I held onto it, because they really did an awesome job restoring our building. They were hired to clean our large production warehouse walls that were covered in dirt, dust and spider webs, and to clean the offices and bathrooms. The work created such a transformation in our warehouse that our employees thought we had the walls painted as they looked so bright and new! I had thought our office tile grout was actually a dark color, but once they finished cleaning 9 years of production gunk they were bright and white again. Our carpets look better, too. They did an amazing job on my carpets!  I had called them due to a cat vomit situation and Francisco threw in a special cleaning method at no extra charge to fix it.  And fix it, he did!  The rest of the areas he cleaned look fantastic as well.  He was prompt and flexible with scheduling.  Very professional and polite and didn't leave a huge mess of my entryway like so many other carpet cleaners do.  They charge by the square foot and prices were reasonable.  I will definitely be using them again. Frank, the owner, actually does his own servicing. He does beautiful work at a competative price. Frank completed a job at the McHenry Moose Lodge. He accepted the job and performed on a SUNDAY !The lodge is very busy and the carpeting is very old, so finding a carpet cleaner to take on the job was not easy. It is mandatory to have the best appearances for rental of the lodge for weddings, parties, and events.The only way to go, was to hire a reasonably priced professional.Frank accepted the job and exceeded everyone's expectations.
