Firstly, I must admit I was a little wary of any service describing themselves as Premier. However, using Novelty maids was quite a pleasant experience from start to finish. I liked the ease and convenience of booking online; with just a few clicks I was set. I was even more amazed by the overall speed and attention to detail of the cleaners. We have over 15 years of cleaning experience. However, our services are new to the Washington, DC, and Northern Virginia areas (Arlington and Alexandria).
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
Yes, we provide all the supplies and equipment! *Please note, if you have pets, we may ask to use your personal vacuum cleaner to avoid cross-contamination in other homes.*

What inspired you to start your own business?
As a busy professional in another industry (medicine), I found there to be a need for a premium cleaning service that didn't require a lot of hassle, yet did a great job. **Most companies require a visit just to quote their residential cleaning services; Novelty Maids does not.
