Great fun workout! Â This is a GYM and never once have I felt uncomfortable coming here to workout. Â I have gotten in shape with boxing and if you want a workout that is fun and not boring you should try the beginning boxing classes! In addition to the classes there is a multi-tude of machines to workout on as well as free weights. Â Susan Howard is a great teacher and she makes the classes fun as well as challenging. More...
