Stress on many facets of my life and my challenging trait of perfectionism led me to seek guidance on how to heal from within.
The practices of daily (or routine) self love has truly opened my eyes to a world of kindness and genuine joy. Oh, there are many ugly lows brought to the surface but… the ultimate highs in life are so well worth the ride.
