I have a ways to go, but I am at the right place to accomplish my goals. All of the coaches at Notch 8 are there to teach, coach and encourage you on your way to cross fit success! Just started today with Ester. OMG what an awsome fitness center. Very impressed with the complete workup of measurement, weight, rang of motion, ect. before starting the workout. A complete package of weight loss, muscle strenght, mental attitude, nutrition and I'm sure a lot more when I get more involved.
