Dr Q was great! He gave me a very thorough examination for my neck pain and tingling in my arm. He then put me on an exercise regimen to help with the underlying cause of my neck pain. I felt much better after a few visits. I also wanted to thank the staff at Norwalk Sports and Spine. The whole staff is caring and understanding of my needs. Karma at the front has been amazing with all her help always great to talk to whenever I go in. After 2 surgeries and countless visits to PT and medication to help with my back nothing ever seemed to work. The professional chiropractor office personnel are out of this world! I have never been to a doctor's office where I received more holistic care. This office personal recognize me, introduce me to new members of their medical team, and supportively offer me a choice of pre chiropractor spa bed, (back rollers, water tumbler, or electric stim) as soon as I walk in. They have even helped me untangle my medical bills and understand my insurance covwrahe, benefits and constraints. They have opened my whole family up to alternative therapies and encouraged preventative maintenance care to keep us all in optimal health conditions. Healing and recovering in this sort of environment goes a long way. This office and the doctors breathe new life into your own personal care. It's quite an experience! From the clean facility to the thoughtful staff to the incredible medical care of Dr. Saunders, I feel so grateful to have found Norwalk Sports & Spine. The staff treats every patient who walks through their doors with compassion, patience, and wonderful customer service that goes beyond just scheduling appointments, but working with patients' schedules and insurance/financial means. As soon as I walk through the front door, I am always welcomed with a bright, warm smile and the entire office is comfortable, clean, and relaxing in more ways than one.After suffering with chronic foot pain and still a year later from a tarsal tunnel release, I've seen so many doctors and been in countless medical offices only to receive disappointment and frustration. I'm going to mirror everyone else with 5 stars and say that Dr.Q is one of the best (probably the best) chiropractors in Fairfield County. He goes out of his way to remember things about you that are totally unexpected for a doctor with many different patients. I really enjoy going to his facility and using the different machines to loosen up my muscles, getting adjusted, and using the sports center to try out different exercises recommended by the big DQ himself.  Recently, they have started incorporating different wellness practices in the studio-- I'm trying acupuncture next week :)!I should also mention that his hours are extremely flexible - late nights and Saturdays, and I am somehow able to see him despite working in NYC. I hesitate to post this review because I like being able to get an appointment when I need it but  ...I can't let great service and caring staff go unnoticed.  Two appointments and my shoulder is already getting better. They are conveniently located on Main Ave in Norwalk (close to my work) so I figured I would try their services. During the first visit Dr. Queiros was very thorough in the questions he asked about my pain and what types of activity could have caused the problem. He treated me with seemingly logical approach and took x-rays of my lower back. During my second visit he reviewed the x-rays with me, explained why I was in pain and outlined a program to get me healthy again. After several visits that included chiropractic and massage therapy I am starting to feel better.
