This place is the best there is to find everyone is so friendly they help and work with you for all your health needs I have been with the Herbalife family from day one until know they are my second family so if your looking for a very good work out this is the place to be and the best part about this place is the shakes are the best Tamar and her husband kris are the best two coaches you will ever have so please go see them if your looking to slim down for the summer
