Just ordered a plant for my mom and couldn't have been more thrilled with the service! Eager to see how it looks when I see it, but I'm confident it'll be great. I've been burned by 1800Flowers, etc. and prefer to give the business to a local company anyway. This time, I was rewarded with someone who really sounded like she cares how this is going to present itself to the recipient. It felt like how in the old days you'd go to a place and get a bouquet or something and the florist would see that it meant a lot to you but you were kind of clueless, so she hooked you up right. Jessica was extremely helpful in attempting to get flowers delivered on the same day! Things didn't work accordingly within the delivery, but they were so great at following up with me and keeping me updated. I genuinely appreciated their understanding and help when attempting to deliver more than once. I went to North Creek Florist on Halloween to purchase a bouquet of flowers. The owner and her daughter assisted me in putting together a very nice, beautiful bouquet. I recently moved to Bothell, so we had a very pleasant conversation about the area and they made me feel welcome with their friendliness.This business is definitely a mom-and-pop type of place, where customers are valued and appreciated. I'm not very good at thinking up what to get my wife as a gift, and hate to chase all over. I love this shop. The flower arrangements are nice and my wife loves them. But the choices don't end there. Their are frames, nick nacks, candy, aroma therapy items, some personal care items; not everything under the sun but a wider selection than lots of 'flower' shops. I don't have to be creative to get a creative gift. All well displayed so I can make selections easily.The people were pleasant and very helpful. I felt comfortable taking my time to make selections.
