What kind of accounting services do you provide?
We offer bookkeeping services that include, but are not limited to: data entry, accounts payable & receivable, and bank reconciliations.
On behalf of the clients we can communicate with vendors, loan officers, tax professionals, CFO's, CEO's, IRS, the FTB, CDTFA, and your local government office.
We also have a resident CPA and a Tax Preparer on our team to assist with additional business services.

Doesn't need to be great. Hire someone that is undoubtedly transparent in their process, is able to communicate on your frequency, and has work history to match the processing tasks that you need.
What do you love most about your job?
Absolutely everything. I am truly and eternaly grateful to have found a discipline that speaks to the very core of who I am.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I first started working independently due to the discomfort I experienced as an employee when expected to fit into a company's business culture. It felt unnatural and very strongly drove me away.
I double downed on my efforts as a business builder when I realized I had an incredible appetite for solving problems.

Yes we do. Qbo is becoming heavily popular in tandem with the growing technological advances in video conferencing. We use a secure file transfer platform and can do from afar almost anything that would need to be done in house.

We promote video conferencing and utilize it often.
