My son and I joined Norse Compound six weeks ago. I have been to a few gyms over 10 years. Norse Compound is by far the best place I have been. Andy & Brendan knows their stuff. The community there is amazing so much knowledge weather you are just starting out or have been working out a long time you can learn something new. Everyone is happy to help a very supportive. What Andy has been doing with Norse Fitness is amazing. I've been supporting him and his company for going on 3 years now and have never once been disappointed with the product that I have received. The shirts all look amazing and are really soft and stay true to size even after multiple washes and the lifting equipment is top of the line and holds up well. Their customer service is also phenomenal. On the rare occasion I've ordered the wrong size, Andy made it very simple to exchange for the right size. Recently ordered a pair of knee sleeves. They arrived here at my door in New Zealand within 8 days of ordering. Very impressed with that ! Not only was the delivery prompt, but the sleeves fit well yet are flexible enough not to impair normal movement of the knees during squats.I can't wait for the lifting belts to be available again - I'm definitely getting one of those ! Honestly this is a dope gym. As a powerlifter it is a great environment for me to learn and to lift with other people. The owners are on top of everything. And they're interactive with all the different communities. From powerlifting to strongman to just general fitness even seminars and their own competitions. They truly do it all. Drove 7 hours from Columbus Ohio to train at the Compound. I wouldn't drive 5 minutes to a LA Fitness but I'll drive 7 hours to train at the Compound. Awesome facility! My son-in-law is my trainer, so he, my daughter, and myself all joined Norse Compound and love it! I really enjoy working with free weights, and while I'm not the strongest person by any means, this gym is definitely a place I can grow with!
