What do you love most about your job?
I consider it a privilege to be trusted by clients as a catalyst for change, to make a difference in restoring balance and workability in their lives; to ease their pain and suffering and to help untangle what appears to be unmanageable.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Helping people is an expression of my commitment to make the world a better place, and to make life worth living.
Why should our clients choose you?
In a safe therapeutic setting (virtually or on-site), I will help you reduce the impact (desensitize) of negative beliefs that are affecting you, so that you can get your life back. In a guided step-by-step process, I will help you overcome your challenges so that you can move on to live your life fully and live the life you love. My commitment is that you are free from the constraints of the past, enjoy the present moment, and be excited about your future.

I provide therapy/counseling sessions ONLINE for clients who are remotely situated within Illinois, as well as in-person for clients who are within 30 minutes from Crystal Lake, IL.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We will be available for individual clients only. No face to face-to-face groups will be conducted until further notice although all Telehealth groups will continue as will all Telehealth sessions for those not requiring face-to-face sessions.
