What’s your signature dish?
For weddings our most popular dishes are our oven roasted herb chicken, our Carolina style pork pulled BBQ and Ted's famous lasagna. We have prepared just about any type of menu for any event. Greek, Italian, American, Southern, Asian, Being Greek American, we take pride in our Greek cuisine; made with the finest ingredients and of course olive oil.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We feel personal communication is very important. For this reason, especially for weddings, we set up a wedding consult, meet with the client and discuss their vision for this special day, their theme, dietary needs, budget and create together the perfect menu.
What do you love most about your job?
I love working with the clients, making their meal the best ever and the memory of that special day or event being a most positive one. We receive all 4-5 star ratings form our 100% satisfied clients.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Being Free, olive oil runs in our veins; our family has been in the food industry, restaurant and catering for over 70 years. My family inspired me to continue making people happy, pleased and satisfied with our exceptional service, good food and great prices.
