I ordered these flowers for my father to give to my mother for her birthday. This is his experience:These flowers were for my wife for her birthday. Due to a stroke, I have limited ways of communicating how much I appreciate and love her and sending flowers is one of my favorite ways to communicate that. When my wife walked in and saw these flowers she gasped and was speechless. I have to say, this was the best reaction I have gotten from any of the bouquets I have sent her. I needed two flower bouquets for my daughters' ballet recitals that evening.  I walked into the store and the ladies were very friendly.  I had no idea what to get, so one of them asked who the flowers were for, and for what occasion.  She picked out some nice big roses, trimmed the stems, and arranged them with foliage, baby's breath, bows, and water tubes.  The girls loved them and my wife couldn't believe I didn't show up with the typical store-bought arrangement with green tissue paper, clear plastic, and flowers that haven't blossomed yet.  One lady stopped me in the lobby at the recital to compliment me on the bouquets.  I seldom buy flowers, but I'll definitely head back to Nora Anne's next time I need some. I've had This flower shop design flower arrangements as gifts couple times before. I'm always happy with the result. Today I came to the shop for my last minute wedding bouquet for my court house wedding ceremony. All the ladies were supper helpful as always. I'm having my big wedding later so I have a very small budget for this bouquet. They were very sweet and work with my budge. Nora and the team did a wonderful job for our wedding day, we're so glad to have found them! We were always cheerfully greeted upon entering the store. Nora helped us with the consultation, patiently walking us through different elements of typical wedding decor. I appreciate that she was very respectful of our budget, and help us repurpose ceremony pieces to become reception pieces. On wedding day, her team promptly arrived at the scheduled time to setup at the church, while we arrived 30+ minutes after the scheduled time, where it looked like they had already finished all setup and were just waiting for us to give them approval of a completed task. They did not present any anger at my late arrival, and graciously showed us all the pieces to make sure we were satisfied with the work. All the pieces were exactly as we previously discussed. The best part was how they don't come back to collect anything, therefore all our guests got to take the various flower pieces and enjoy the blooms from their homes. More...

I found Nora Anne's via google search and was nervous about placing a flora order online because you never know what you may get. With that said, they exceeded my expectations and had very good customer service. I ended up placing the order online the night before and accidentally gave them the wrong delivery address! If you're looking for a flower shop that delivers not only beautiful "live flower" arrangements but also beautiful "artificial flower" arrangements, Nora Anne's Flower Shoppe is the place to go.  We recently changed the color of our dining room walls from green to copper and needed a new artificial flower arrangement for our dining room table to tie in the new wall color with our furniture.  We provided Nora Anne with electronic photos of our dining room and let her create what she felt would be the best arrangement to tie everything together.  Nora Anne is very creative and did a wonderful job.  She even incorporated some of the flowers from our previous artificial flower arrangement by changing their centers. I can't say enough about Nora and her great staff at Nora Anne's Flower Shoppe!! When my first daughter got married in 2010 we were overwhelmed with all the wedding stuff. We chose Nora's because we loved how she did all the flowers at our church, St. Theresa's. When we met with her we immediately knew we had the right florist. Nora's warmth and friendliness put us at ease. She had great suggestions and soon knew exactly what we wanted. That night when we walked into the venue it was breathtaking!! Absolutely beautiful!! When my second daughter got engaged last year, it was no question. We once again called on Nora to get us through it. I must say this daughter was a little more challenging because she knew what she wanted. That didn't rattle Nora one bit. She was nothing but pleasant and helpful the entire time! She sat and listened and then went straight to work offering us everything we needed. Her expertise in flowers is what makes business so successful! I must say my daughters venue was at The Bell Tower on 34th and it was spectacular thanks to Nora's quality work AND presentation. With me being from Michigan, I wanted to send my sister flowers on her birthday to express how much I missed her and after ordering from a larger company, they called me late afternoon saying they would need to cancel the order! I was so upset and called four different local shops desperately to find someone who could deliver my sister flowers. After several attempts of no one being able to deliver that late in the day, I called Nora Anne's. Amy was so sympathetic and told me she would personally deliver the flowers since their driver was no longer in that area!! Her kindness and the assurance they would take good care of my sister's delivery was all that I needed to know that this florist shop was above all the rest!I want to drive all the way to Texas just to hug Amy and personally thank her! I originally ordered a bouquet from another place they "forgot to make" and no longer had the flowers needed to fulfill my order. So I canceled.I had to stop in here and get a bouquet at the last minute, close to closing time, on a Saturday and in a rush to get them delivered to the restaurant for that night that I was going to purpose. They did AMAZING!!!
