THANK YOU SO MUCH STAS, ALEX, and IBRAHIM! I wish I could give these guys 10 stars! They were so wonderful to work with! They are SO affordable but their service is top quality. They were really friendly, very quick, efficient, and SO careful. They truly are a full service moving company and provide all the materials (wrap, tape, boxes, blankets, etc.) with NO SURCHARGE.I had to move my business offices and I had no idea how long this would take so the foreman, Stas was kind enough to come by around 11am to assess the job. Once we agreed on a game plan, they came back a few hours later on time and ready to work.I would 1000% hire them again and HIGHLY recommend them! More...

Crooks in college student disguise.1. Destroyed my velvet sofa with boxcutters.2. Stole my power drill. I had my Ryobi drill on my countertop of my old apartment. When they finished unloading and tearing my sofas with their boxcutters collected payment and bolted I immediately called them and asked for my drill because I needed to assemble my stuff.One of the 2 Russian guys said the other one had left it in the corner of ny new apartment. I searched everywhere and no drill. I finally get ahold of the other one and after I asked he tried using the my english isnt very good card. The story now was he thought I was refering to the Ryobi Orbital Waxer..... Riiiiight!! We move into s place and instantly you want to buff the vinyl plank flooring : SAID NO ONE EVER!Would you like the battery and the charger to the power drill you stole? You might as well take it. They were on time and they work very fast! And they even helped with a broken sliding mirror at the new apartment. They let us use their large boxes for an loose items that we had which made transporting items a lot faster. And they wrapped delicate items to make sure that nothing was damaged. My team of three movers arrived on time, were gentle with all my items, assembled items that they removed from old home. I do not ever write a bad review for anyone but this is one of the most frustrating experiences I have had. My move for a 1 bedroom plus small office started at 8:45AM. The movers told me it should take about 5 hours, it took TWELVE! The entire process was so slow and inefficient and lots of misuse of time. Why does it take two guys to cellophane one piece of furniture? Every time they moved item downstairs they would take at least 20-30 minutes to return back up and at one point one i caught one of the guys just sitting in my office chair. The elevator for the building is older but fully functioning. Out of frustration I started bring as many items as I could down myself and I had to walk them through getting a bed threw my door that they said wouldn't fit. It did! And then of course an extra $25 for every floor to bring it down the stairs.Very frustrated I called the owner to have more guys to help this process move faster and they reassured me the unloading should be much faster. IT WAS NOT. It took another 6 hours to complete the move in and my dresser was left with 3 cracks of damage. Through this whole process I had to go to the bank twice to make sure I had enough cash for all the hours wracking up. It seems the right questions or prep for this move were just not asked or these guys were just ill equipped, prepped or inexperienced. Either way horrible experience, horrible customer service. I needed movers asap and since my first conversation with Bobby over the phone arranging their services went really smooth. The gentleman that came out to help with move were friendly, fast paced and efficient. I would definitely recommend them for anyone moving needs. Plus they have great prices, obviously depending how many hours and people you need to get the job done the $$ increases but nonetheless would highly recommend this company. More...

I used Nonstop Moving for my move today. I had a smooth experience from the beginning. Bobby was very professional and helpful. His movers arrived on Time as scheduled and they moved my furniture hassle free without scratching an inch on walls or furniture. These are just a few of damaged items thanks to non stop moving. In addition 7 articles never arrived and to put in a claim you go through third party which you can call because they have no customer service number.

It's been a few months since my move. My experience was not so good. Although the staff was nice, they were an hour late due to truck issues. A job that should of taken two hours ended up taking 4 not to mention they went to the wrong drop off location and took a lot longer than they predicted. Come to find out, they got pulled over at the weight station and fined for not having logo on both sides of the truck! Final issue was the legs to my dinning set were missing! Although I was refunded $75 what am I going to do with a table with no legs?! A few things that were damaged but wasn't worth the effort! More...

AVOID THEM AT ANY COST if even they are the last movers left in the world. They hired bunch of school kids to move stuff. They took almost 12 hours to move a 2 bedroom apt to a house 2 blocks away . They didn't have lift in the truck, no gun to dissemble stuff and not even a cutter to cut the tape. They dissembled furniture with ranch you get to build toys from Walmart. Movers will pick up one item and won't come back up upstairs to pick up next item for 30 mins. They broke my furniture, dented the walls, and assemble every thing back wrong way.
