I must say I have been here in the past and had a great experience. The new owner Jesse, has ran this place into a haunted house nightmare. We were there for a birthday, we only had a table of 6. The appetizers (Italian bread aka, toasted bread and sauce, and stuffed mushrooms) took 1.5 hours. In all we were there from 5:30-9pm. The restaurant was never at full capacity. The server did say they had a lot of to-go orders, however, that does not mean you let the eat-in patrons wait for 2.5 hours to get a meal. Jesse was not helping his staff, he did not visit any tables. He did not come over to apologize and instead placed all the blame on the server and to-go. When we called him over to say that he should have address the long wait. He verbally assaulted us. Pointed and said it was our fault the whole restaurant was slow. He was rude, yelled, and was aggressive. Then a female cook came out to try and physically assault us. This place took a big nose dive. Jesse should not be in customer service and shouldn’t verbally assist women. He also shouldn’t stand by and smirk with gleam as a cook tried to physically adult patrons.
