Been there twice - the food is amazing - shrimp boil delicious. Begniets were light and perfect. Catfish was incredible- everything was great!

Struggling to find the words to describe how incredible everything tasted and looked today. We tried bbq chicken wings, which are breaded upon order. They were perfectly crispy and tasty with just the right amount of sauce. The jambalaya was full of flavor and just looked too beautiful to eat. The best plate was definitely the very hungry Nola boil. The garlic butter sauce and medium spice were PERFECT. I may have cried of joy a little. Last but not least, we had bignets for dessert and I'm pretty sure we were transported back to Cafe du Monde at first bite. Rich personally served us, explained all the menu options and even gave us a bit of history of his journey and inspiration behind his food. Had dinner here tonight, absolutely delicious! Pasta with sausage, shrimp, and crawfish. The chef is wonderful, the service is so friendly, and the menu is always evolving. Highly recommend!!!

I can't even begin to tell you how much I enjoyed each savory delicious bite of my shrimp etouffee. Perfectly seasoned so you can taste the great quality of the food with a little kick to the taste buds to let you know it is authentic creole cookin. I just had the fried shrimp, nicely breaded and seasoned, good portion size with plenty of fries. I also had the portobello strips with a dipping sauce. All was delicious and wonderfully spicy. I tasted the red beans and rice, also very good. I hope this place can form its own identity and get a Yelp listing. I often use Yelp for restaurant reviews and it would be great if Nola can be found there too! More...
