Noela chocolate is by far the best place in town. Cape Coral location definitely has the best customer service and amazing chocolate! Not only is the customer service amazing but the customers are as well because they’re very pleased with their purchases and are happy to share their experience.I went for the very first time the day before Mother’s Day and the owner is just so sweet and helpful as well as the staff,especially for as busy as they were.When I was leaving he thanked me for coming to them and using them as a gift for somebody else :-) I thought this was just very kind. First and foremost, these chocolates are luxurious and delicious all while looking like tiny pieces of art. You are sure to find something you like there. The variety is mind boggling with unusual delights such as Candied Bacon Truffle, Intense Dark Curry, and Chipotle Cinnamon nestled in with traditional favorites like Tiramisu and Praline Hazelnut. I discovered this locally-owned shop on the Cape Coral Trolley Tour where we sampled 9 different varieties of Noela chocolates and 9 different specialty drinks at 9 local eateries and bars. Noela's shop (named after the owner's two sons) was our final stop of the night and just as I brought up my full, chocolate box to receive my last chocolate I dropped it and spilled all my chocolates all over the floor. I was almost in tears with disappointment. The owner was so kind that she replaced ALL my ruined chocolates for free. I couldn't believe her generosity.
