Katie is AWESOME! I went to her looking for diet control to help with weight loss, muscle gain and some stomach issues. She was able to create a two month plan laying out meal options for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. She provided recipes and even adapted them for a less then experienced cook like myself. I am happy to report stomach issues are resolved and I am down over 10 lbs. consistently. I highly recommend her expertise. Bonus: she is very cost effective. I contacted Katie because I needed guidance creating a food plan that would help me gain weight for a physical fitness test. I am naturally tiny and although I generally eat healthy and am not picky, I struggle to gain even a pound of muscle (or a pound of anything). Katie worked with me to help create a plan specific to my needs and it didn't even require a huge change in lifestyle, just some tweaks here and there. This made it easier to stick with the plan. A healthy diet the foundation to someone's health and well being.

I love helping people reach their goals. Nutritional sciences are a relatively new field so I also love that need to be constantly keeping up with the latest research and diet trends. This way I can help my client the most.

I want to have the freedom to offer people excellent nutrition coaching that was tailored to their needs and not have to be following pre-made protocols or rules that are common in traditional health care settings that can make it challenging to offer excellent service to my clients.

I am passionate about nutrition. I also have the educational background and experience to help them. I have an undergraduate degree in exercise science and a Master of Science in human nutrition. At this point I also have several years worth of experience and continuously update my knowledge.
