Before working with Noah I felt stuck. For many years I had been studying various embodied dance practises and I wanted to share this knowledge, hosting my own workshops, yet I felt that I would never be ready or “good enough” to offer something that others would find of value. I had even given up on the dream, deciding that it was just too painful to continue to have this desire without the ability to take action or commit. Through working with Noah, I learned to bring gentleness and self-trust to what I was called to do. I learned to bring gentleness to myself, and put one foot in front of the other in the direction of my desires and my dreams, knowing it was more about the practice than the result. Just last week, I hosted my first online workshop and my confidence is growing. I signed up for a 200 hour yoga program to give more depth of knowledge to my teachings, and every day I practice my own holistic dance so that my offering will come from of place of integrity. I am learning to give without grasping for outside acknowledgement. Noah was able to be with me through my deep sadness and in doing so, assisted my coming into alignment with my heart and purpose. I love being with people and connecting with people. It's my pleasure to listen to what people are dealing with, what inspires them, and co-create with them a path forward a rewarding, impactful life.

I love the freedom of running my own business and trusting my own guidance and north star.
