Have been going here since it opened a couple of months ago. Every time the food has been great, from the pulled pork, brisket, spare ribs, hamburgers, sandwiches and now the chicken wings. The sauces are unique and add great flavor to everything they make.The sides are great also, love the street (sweet) corn, Brussels sprouts and the potato nuggets, yummy.Great food, great taste and a fun relaxed atmosphere. We have eaten there before and loved the food, so we decided to order some trays for our party. Before I get to the food the responses to emails and requests were top notch! Quick and always helpful and professional. I forgot to set up a pick up time a day before the party and they took very good care of me! Now the food trays. Amazing!! No Joke Smoke opened a few months ago with a bang in their new location.   Word of mouth was good and reports were that it was outrageously busy and they were running out of food.   We waited a bit to give it a try and finally got takeout yesterday.   I get the hype.   We ordered The Great Brisket Experience and the Saweet Heat Cheddar Burger with man and cheese and potato nuggets sides.   They gave us a bit of all three of their current sauces to have with it - Saweet Heat, Boozy Apple and Strawberry Habanero.  I'm not usually a fan of sweet sauces, but they were all pretty good with the strawberry habanero being my favorite.   The meats were all tender and flavorful with the brisket melting in your mouth.   I make my own over the top mac and cheese, so I'm picky about it when getting it out.  This mac and cheese was really good.  Yes, the prices are a little higher than some other places.  The Sysco truck isn't pulling up every day to deliver their food.  They make their own sauces and are buying their ingredients locally.  That's going to cost a little more and I'm willing to pay a little more to support the local farms and farmers.  I'm a fan and will be back. Stopped there today with my dad.  Greeted by the bartender who told us we could order food and sit down, order to go or join him at the bar and he would serve us.  It was a nice welcome to the restaurant.  We decided to order and eat in.  I got pulled chicken and my dad pulled pork - both of us with nugs (he sweet potato and me regular).  They have a sauce sampling set-up but we just decided at random.  Got honey mustard and the saweet heat.  Our review?  EVERYTHING WAS DELICIOUS   Special mention -- the corn bread, creamy moist, and very good.  Might just stop someday and get some of those to go!  Yum.   Will go back again most definitely.  An interesting item - we both sat on the bench facing the restaurant as we ate (kind of like watching live entertainment).  Couldn't help but notice that the bartender is a cleaning maniac!  He was washing and polishing up the glasses, holding them up to the sunlight to be sure they were sparking.  Watched him wash the bar and he actually leaned down to counter level height to see if it was perfect in the sunlight. Loved it...wanted to invite him to my house to spruce up my kitchen!   Seriously though, restaurant is clean, fresh, comfortable, welcoming.  Food's excellent.  Staff very pleasant.  Worth checking out. Hands down the best BBQ around.    The ribs are dry rubbed and you can get a sampler of homemade BBQ sauce for them. Every BBQ sauce is flavorful and completely different. They have mild to very spicy and even the very spicy has bold flavor and isn't just hot. The burgers are also great. Always cooked perfectly and you can customize them any way you want! Now the sprouts. They are sautéed in a delicious sauce that is sweet and salty. Cooked perfectly every time! And the cornbread! I could eat it for every meal! Great local beer selection! Went tonight for take out. Looks like a great first week! The place was crowded, but everyone seemed to enjoy themselves. I waited a bit for take out, but it was worth the wait ! Fresh, tasty food! Great place for BBQ. Everything they have is amazing. The pulled pork is smoked perfectly and they don't smother anything in sauce. The meat speaks for itself.
