Great communication, and follow up! Definitely cares about your fitness goals and pushes you constantly to reach them. The online system is great for crazy busy folks with crazy work schedules.

No excuses fit club was one of the best personal training experiences I ever had. I started seeing results in as little as 3 weeks, helped my stay on top of my meals, protein intake and workouts. Best decision I ever made. ☺️

That's easy, first I assess their needs based on their goals, then I create a step by step game plan in order to achieve those goals, and then I hold them accountable to the game plan to make sure they accomplish what they initially set out to do.

It's easier than most people think, but that answer can vary depending on your goals. To keep it simple, eat whole foods with a high protein intake and resistance train 3-5 times a week. ANYBODY who does that consistently will be able to achieve a nice physique.

Honestly, the best part is seeing how hyped up some of my clients get when they reached a new bodyweight they've been striving for or hit a new personal record in the gym they never thought they could get.

The ability to help other people and change lives. That is my main mission at the end of the day, and if I can get paid for doing it, even better.

Let me tell you a little story, when I was just a teenager, I was incredibly insecure about my body. I was the typical skinny kid, all skin and bones. I would constantly get made fun of, even by my teammates in my sports. I understood the pain, the struggle of not feeling confident in your own body. I know how that can affect someone. So what did I do? I decided it was time to make a change. I spent hours upon hours researching fitness and nutrition to see how I could build the body of my dreams. As I did that, I continued to spend hours in the gym and consistently made sure I was eating the right foods. Four years later, well... I'd say it paid off. You see the best decision for you would be to choose me because I understand your pain and struggle and I'm going to show you how to make this a lifestyle rather than a one off thing.

Yes, I mainly work with people online and in-person. We use my training app, as well as Zoom to do weekly check-ins.

No Excuses Fit Club has its very own training app for our clients that gives you access to a portal where you can log in your workouts and keep track of your progress as you go. On top of that, we have a video library for any workout you can think of and complete walkthroughs so you're not stuck feeling lost.

We care for our clients, your well-being is our top priority. That's why, every week we dial in a 30 minute to 1 hour video call check in to see how you're feeling/performing, answer any of your burning questions, and overall keep you motivated for the weeks to come!
