I called in to set up a surprise spa day for my mom. My timing was very last minute and they found a way to accomodate us. The girls that helped us were very friendly and did a great job and we enjoyed our time there. If I had to suggest something for improvement, I would have appreciated a package deal or discount for all of the services we purchased. It's a beautiful shop, staffed by beautiful people. Having consumed two cups of coffee this a.m. before heading out to a biz appt in Fountain Square 45 mins away, I was desperate when the meeting location was closed. Rushed down the way and found this lovely salon and barged in on a receptionist trying to schedule an appt. "Restroom?" I whispered, she nodded and I headed to the back with her asking after me if I had an appt. I stopped by to thank her on the way out. I would certainly go there if I lived nearby; I may anyway. I got my shellac manicure done here along with balayage done to my hair! Haley R did a great job doing both services!! The high end shellac products they used on my nails has still lasted for 3 weeks now. Haley did a great job letting me know what she was doing step by step and made me feel like a part of the process! This spa is beautiful and clean. The service is fantastic, everyone is very nice and polite. I haven't had my hair done here, but I did get a wonderful pedicure! They have 3 options, a $40, $50, and $60 version. I got the $40 version and she did a wonderful job! I was in and out in about 30 minutes. A downside is that there are no massage chairs. More...

Everyone was kind & friendly from my signing in, to leaving. Santina did my facial and pedi. She has mad esthetician skills! Her hands are like gentle machines. I got the feeling that she loves what she does. I was very relaxed and the talk between us was just the right amount of chatter. Once my facial was over, she did my pedi. Again, it was lovely. Came in for 30 min swedish massages, with 6 girls for a Bachelorette party. We LOVED it and thought it was worth every penny. The group discount was nice, as well as the free parking! Hard to find that downtown Indy. All of the staff members that helped us were extremely polite and helpful!
