MY EXPERIENCE WAS A VERY POSITIVE ONE. I WAS WALKED THROUGH THE ENTIRE PROCESS. NYLECIA WAS AVAILABLE AND WILLING TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS THAT I HAD ANY TIME DAY OR NIGHT. WE COMPLETED THE WHOLE PROCESS WITHOUT ME HAVING TO LEAVE THE HOUSE. I WAS ABLE TO SEND DOCUMENTS ELECTRONICALLY. My tax agent Nylessa was friendly and very informative. She helped me claim things I didn't even know I was entitled to.
