This was the first time I have ever used a mobile grooming service. It was incredibly easy to book my appointment, in the time frame I needed. The groomers showed up early and followed all the instructions that I gave them regarding my two dogs and what each needed done. Sorry to do this they cut the puppies hair where it’s in e en, looks nothing like a Shitzu cut. I asked via email and text if they did this type of cut and they sent a laughing emoji back they do 5-6 per week. The legs are not even and one is less from the others. The faces came out horribly in even. Ears look horrible. I can send picture. The face looks like Yorkshire terrier
You need to have pictures of cuts you have done on file. And what did not help that the ladies did not speak English. I tipped them $20 for effort. I think I should get a voucher and have someone come back 6 weeks from today with experience of Shitzu cut and fix my babies. Thank you More...

I am sorry Annie you did not like their cuts. We groom 5 to 6 Shihtzu’s a week and never had a bad review. We will take care of you and come out in a few weeks and make sure we groom them them the way you like !!

They were so good with my 80 lb German Shepherd. Lots of deshedding and she smelled so good… like strawberries!!
