For the first year of my daughter's life, my mother-in-law generously paid for twice a month house cleaning. Nikki and his team came recommended by another resident in out apartment building, and it was a stellar recommendation. Maritza, Aida and Aixa were fantastic. They have a incredible attention to detail and left our home impeccable. They know how to do the little touches that make a job rise above the rest, and they were absolutely lovely with our infant daughter (sometimes I wouldn't be ready to leave the house when they arrived, and they would entertain our daughter while I finished getting ready). Nikki, Aida, and team are wonderful! I've used them for bi-weekly home cleaning service for about 5 years plus the occasional odd job like re-caluking my bathtub or painting a room. Nikki is so positive and has such a great can-do attitude, plus he is easy to communicate with (mostly via text). From their prompt and clear scheduling communication (usually via email), to their always timely arrival (if they say they'll be there at 11, you know they'll be there at 11sharp), to their preparation (they always come with their own supplies just in case they need something you don't have), to the absolutely excellent quality of their work. My condo always looks spotless after they clean it. But my favorite thing about Oscar and his crew is that they routinely go above and beyond, noticing and doing the little things that make a big difference. For example, if I've left clean sheets or towels in the dryer, I'll find these neatly folded when I get home. Oscar also cares about the long-term maintenance and care of my property. For example, he'll suggest using different, less abrasive products to better preserve the tile and counter surfaces. Or if a simple repair is needed, he will help with that too. Alvi Rahman Maritza and his crew took care of our home from the birth of our daughter until she turned two, when we moved out of state. I have never found a more efficient, detail-oriented, thorough, and trustworthy cleaning service -- ever. We have tried three new cleaning services in our new city, and none compares. Booking the team is very easy - Nikis is always reliable on text. They always show up on time, if not a few minutes before to ensure they are ready. The team is just so meticulous and efficient - I always feel like I am in a showcase home after they have been through! It looks spotless and ready for guests. I was very impressed with them and will use them again. They quickly responded to my request for a quote and I was able to set up the appointment via text messaging. I am very impressed by Nikis Cleaning. I hired the company about a month ago to clean my 3 story townhouse on a biweekly basis. The cleaners that Maritza sent have done a phenomenal job. Not only are they very detail oriented, but they have followed my detailed instructions to a T and have met my high expectations. I was very pleased with this service. Maritza (yes, the owner actually answered my call!) was polite, professional, and answered all my questions. She assured me her company strives to provide excellent service and she wants to be advised of any complaints. The cleaner arrived a little late but explained the prior appointment took more time than anticipated. She worked diligently for four hours and asked me if there was anything else I needed done. There was not; she had done an outstanding job. We have hardwood floors and I was pleased with how good they looked. Every surface in the kitchen gleamed. I must say I was reluctant to have strangers come clean my house as I've always used a friend or family member for this job. Little did I know, I was doing it wrong all these years. I did some research, and came up with nikis Cleaning' resting on top of my list. Maritza promptly came by our house and business and gave us a quote.
