I help clients achieve their goals by setting SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound) goals for their fitness journey. Based on a client's goals, I create customized workout plans with varied exercises, intensity levels, and durations.

There's no single "secret" to getting the body of your dreams. It's more of a journey with consistent effort and dedication, focusing on various aspects. Remember, the "dream body" is subjective and constantly evolving. Focus on building healthy habits that nourish your body and mind, and embrace the journey of becoming the healthiest, happiest version of yourself!

I'm passionate about helping others learn to love themselves all over again. Seeing clients achieve their fitness goals, overcome challenges, and gain confidence is a deeply rewarding experience. I get to celebrate clients' successes, big and small, and know that I played a role in their journey.

Helping others succeed is inherently rewarding, and seeing the positive impact of their work motivated me to continuously learn and improve. This pushed me to start my own business. Knowing that I will contribute to a healthier society by promoting physical activity and healthy lifestyles. I know my work can have a ripple effect, impacting not only clients' health but also their families and communities.

I offer online training through my own app. On the app you'll be able to view your customized programs, customized nutrition plan, meal recommendations, and connect with others who are on their fitness journey as well.

Due to Covid-19, I was presented with the challenge of not being able to service my clients face to face. This encouraged me to implementing training online. I first started with meeting my clients via Zoom. While this was a way for me to connect with my clients, they had trouble viewing my demonstrations . I then discovered training apps that allowed me to provide instruction videos and a community of clients on a similar fitness journey for support.
