Life, hearts pain, broken reactions and responses can lead to disconnection within the very unit that is meant to bring support and strength to members of its own.
I sit down with 2 or more of the family members to help work through the hard conversations of either providing healthy boundaries, or help working through tough conversations that need to be had.
Sometimes the end result is returned connection and other times, it is allowing for healthy expectations to be understood between all parties.
Boundaries is something so key in these sessions. What they are, how they can be applied to heal and recover broken connection.
Parenting Coaching Sessions
Helping parents navigate through the different boundaries that come with different ages and stages.
With the new digital age upon us, the way our kids are developing in this day is so vastly different from any other generation. With new freedoms come new responsibilities. Helping parents purvey through the new landscape of healthy boundaries within this new digital terrain.
