I love being able to see my clients transform and feel confident about moving forward in their life.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I’m not usually a typical 9-5 person but I do like structure so this seemed like the best option; create my own.
Why should our clients choose you?
To feel seen. To feel valued rather than criticized or brushed off. I’m transparent I’ll make you comfortable but I won’t keep you comfortable.

Yes. I work exclusively through telehealth platform zoom.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I work exclusively remotely no worries. As long as you can secure a place for privacy and not driving then we can meet wherever you feel comfortable.
Individual Counseling
Use of listening, assessment and treatment of mood disorders or trauma symptoms with effective therapy modalities of CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT and others.
Marital/Couples Counseling
Providing couples with tools to assess strengths and areas of growth with the use of Gottman, EFT and other therapy modalities to help couples grow and strengthen their bonds through shared goals goals.
